Upgrading/Replacement of Manhole Covers and Declogging of C.M. Borja St.

Build-Bay Construction has successfully obtained its first horizontal project along with its first project involving a local government unit, specifically in the Barangay of Sta. Ana, which is part of the Municipality of Pateros in Metro Manila.

The company has been awarded Phase 1 of the project entitled “Upgrading/Replacement of Manhole Covers and Declogging of C.M. Borja St.” This initiative aims to initially address flooding in the area. Once all phases of the project are completed, flooding will be fully prevented.

The project was officially handed over by Build-Bay Construction in June 2026.
