Architectural Works at EL Sands Residences

EL Sands Residences represents a European-style socialized housing project, strategically positioned in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. This development is part of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, the national housing initiative introduced by President Bongbong Marcos in September 2022, aiming for zero informal settlers by 2028. Build-Bay Construction joined this project in June 2025, taking on several architectural tasks. As of now, the 10.60-hectare site is actively being constructed and developed.
