Landlite is among the largest and most recognized providers of lighting solutions in the Philippines. As part of their expansion efforts, they have planned to construct their own warehouse in Parañaque City to serve as storage for their products. This is where Build-Bay Construction becomes involved. Build-Bay Construction has taken on the role of sub-contractor for the Landlite Annex Warehouse Project, which encompasses various architectural scopes of work. As of 2023, the building is fully operational.
